Privacy
We respect your privacy. This policy explains what data we collect through bonah.info, why we collect it, how we protect it, and what rights you have.

01Who we are
Bonah («بُناة») is a Palestinian company specializing in consulting, training and institutional development, headquartered in Gaza with offices in Dubai, Riyadh, Muscat and Cairo. We are responsible for the data we receive through this website.
02Data we collect
We collect as little data as possible, as follows:
- Data you give us voluntarily: when you use the contact form we receive your name, organization (optional), email address, phone number (optional), the package you are interested in, and your message.
- Technical data: our hosting servers may log your IP address, browser and device type, requested pages and visit time for security and reliable operation.
- Preferences in your browser: your light/dark mode choice is stored in your browser’s local storage only and is not sent to us. The site also sets a single technical cookie (pll_language) to remember your preferred language for one year.
- We do not currently use advertising, tracking or analytics cookies. If we add such tools in the future we will update this policy and ask for your consent where required.
03How we use your data
- Replying to your inquiries and preparing the proposals you request.
- Contacting you about the services you expressed interest in.
- Protecting the website from spam and abuse (for example by limiting the number of attempts).
- Complying with legal obligations where they apply.
04Legal basis
We process your data based on your consent when you submit the form, to act on your request before entering into an agreement, and for our legitimate interest in running our business and securing our website, without overriding your rights.
05Sharing your data
We do not sell or rent your data. We may share it only in these cases:
- Service providers acting on our behalf, such as website hosting and email delivery, only as needed to provide the service.
- WhatsApp, if you choose to contact us through it, in which case its own privacy policy applies.
- Public authorities where we are required to do so by law.
06International transfers
Our hosting servers and service providers may be located outside Palestine. We work with providers that apply reasonable security safeguards and we limit shared data to the minimum necessary.
07Retention
We keep contact messages for as long as needed to respond to you and follow up on the professional relationship, typically no longer than 24 months from the last contact, unless the contact becomes an engagement or the law requires a longer period. After that we delete or anonymize the data.
08Security
We apply appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your data, including encrypted HTTPS connections, restricting access to contact requests to authorized staff, and protecting the form against abuse. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure.
09Your rights
At any time you may:
- Request access to the personal data we hold about you.
- Ask us to correct or update it.
- Ask us to delete it or restrict its processing.
- Withdraw your consent or object to the processing.
To exercise any of these rights, email us at the address below and we will respond within a reasonable time.
10Children
Our website is aimed at organizations and professionals, and we do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.
11External links
The website may contain links to other sites (such as LinkedIn and WhatsApp). We are not responsible for their privacy practices and recommend reviewing their policies.
